Leading Trails | January 2027 Cohort
A 10-week leadership cohort for 10 people who are done drifting. Every Thursday night, get clear on who you’re becoming and the habits that hold when life gets full.
Short application. A conversation with Nate comes next.

You had plans for 2026. Real ones. Then life happened. Work got loud. The kids needed more. The plan went in a drawer.
Now a quiet voice says things like:
“I’m busy every single day. So why don’t I feel like I’m moving?”
“I know what I should be doing. I just don’t do it consistently.”
“I start strong every January. By March I’m back to the same patterns.”
The gap isn’t a lack of information. You’ve read the books and made the lists. The gap is practice: leading yourself when no one is watching.
When I was seven years old, I did my first 50-mile race. I learned how to go the distance. I learned how to do the miles, but I didn’t learn to do it on my own. I learned that I needed a team and a guide.
Leadership isn’t a performance. It’s a practice. Most of us know how to take action. Some of us build a habit for a while. Very few carry it all the way through until leading yourself becomes a way of living.
I’m a Certified John C. Maxwell Leadership Coach. I took what I learned on the trail and in coaching and built it into the Summit Navigation framework you’ll work through in Forge Your Path.
I’m not looking for perfect people. I’m looking for people willing to practice.
Most New Year programs hand you a better plan. Forge Your Path is built on one belief: if you learn to lead yourself first, from the inside out, everything you lead gets better. Your marriage, your kids, your team, your business, and your faith.
We start with the roots: your values, your why, and who you want to become. Then we build the goals, habits, and accountability on top.
Only 10 people. This is a cohort, not a course. When the seats are filled, the cohort is full.
Apply before January 1, 2027. Everyone starts from the same place on January 14, with their one-on-one conversation done.
Apply Before January 1I want you in this group because it’s helping you. If you’re dissatisfied with Forge Your Path, tell me, and you don’t pay.
I can’t promise your results. That part is your practice. What I can promise is my full effort every Thursday, and an honest conversation before you join.
Both. At least two sessions will be in person in Manti. The rest are live on Zoom. All sessions are recorded and shared.
All sessions are recorded and shared with the group so you can catch up before the next Thursday.
I share the investment on our one-on-one call once we both know it’s the right fit. If you’re dissatisfied, you don’t pay.
Because a group of ten is small enough for real coaching and real honesty. Everyone talks. Everyone is known.
I read every application. Then we set up a short conversation. If it’s a fit, I’ll save your seat and send you what you need before January 14.
You can let January happen to you again. Or you can walk into the new year with nine other people who are serious about leading themselves first.
10 people. 10 weeks. Thursdays at 8:00 PM Mountain. At least two sessions in person in Manti. Starting January 14, 2027.
Apply for Forge Your Path: Lead 2027Applications close December 31, 2026. Only 10 seats.
