I’m Nate Bradley.
I’ve lived this truth in the fire: multi-national endurance racing championships, turning an unwanted horse into a champion, earning an MBA, becoming a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, and learning equine-assisted therapy the hard way. Every summit I’ve reached taught me the same lesson — the only way to lead others is to first lead yourself.
That’s why we created Leading Trails.
Together with Charly, we built a complete framework that helps people stop letting life lead them and start leading from within — at scale. What started as endurance races, horse training, and family lessons in Sanpete County is now becoming a national movement: digital courses, certification programs, masterminds, and experiences that multiply impact without multiplying our time.
I’m Charly Bradley.
With a background in psychology, marathon endurance, and the relentless heart of a mother, I help translate the inner work into real relationships and daily resilience. I make sure the framework doesn’t just inspire — it actually sticks in the lives of families and leaders.
We are no longer just the guides on your trail.
We are the founders of the system that equips thousands to become their own guides — and to guide others. From parents raising confident kids, to leaders building high-trust teams, to individuals ready to finish strong — the Leading Trails framework is designed to scale.

This is where the real shift happens. You stop carrying the weight alone and start showing up decisive, grounded, and fully present.
Give yourself or your child (ages 6+) the confidence and leadership skills that go far beyond riding.
Build endurance that touches every part of life — faith, family, and fitness.
